About The Job
The Roles and Responsibilities of the CRM includes
- Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
- Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.
- Proactiveness and flair for assertive communication.
- Resolving customer complaints and queries efficiently.
- Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
- Having meetings with Managers of respective domains to understand feedback and growth.
- Expanding the customer base by up selling and cross-selling.
- Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.
- Conducting business reviews using CRM programs.
- A bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in all Microsoft and google applications.
- Superior product knowledge.
- Good Memory Skills
- A team player with leadership skills.
- A positive outlook and ability to navigate effectively the needs of our company and the customers.
