About the statue:
Krishna is depicted on a mischievous mood in this statue. While the Gopikas are taking bath, Krishna had stolen their clothes and hid them on a treetop.
Seated on the branches of a large tree, Krishna is to be teasing and overseeing the bathing Gopikas. Also, he is enchanting them through is mesmerizing music. A flute is held by Krishna in a music playing posture.
The Gopikas are already in the flowing waters of Yamuna and praying to Krishna to give their dresses.
The flowing river is depicted in the curly waters surrounding gopikas and on the rear of the statue.
