The Roles and Responsibilities of the Human Resource With Finance Skills
- Assess staffing needs and plan workforce requirements.
- Source, shortlist, and forward candidate profiles for review.
- Coordinate with teams for interview scheduling and conduct initial screenings.
- Oversee the hiring process, including document collection and file management.
- Manage onboarding, including orientation on company policies, roles, and SOPs.
- HR Manager to conduct welcome meetings and team introductions.
- Draft and issue offer letters.
- Utilize Keka Software for employee onboarding and manage user permissions.
- Coordinate with HR Consultants for blue-collar recruitment as per production needs.
- Work with the Production department for blue-collar staffing and evaluations.
- Foster a positive work environment and enhance employee morale.
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs.
- Manage employee benefits like Health Insurance, ESI and PF.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and develop programs.
- Organize workshops and training sessions.
- Monitor employee development and career progression.
Promote continuous learning and development.
Minimum Experience : 4 Years
