The Roles and Responsibilities of the Human Resource With Finance Skills

  • Assess staffing needs and plan workforce requirements.
  • Source, shortlist, and forward candidate profiles for review.
  • Coordinate with teams for interview scheduling and conduct initial screenings.
  • Oversee the hiring process, including document collection and file management.
  • Manage onboarding, including orientation on company policies, roles, and SOPs.
  • HR Manager to conduct welcome meetings and team introductions.
  • Draft and issue offer letters.
  • Utilize Keka Software for employee onboarding and manage user permissions.
  • Coordinate with HR Consultants for blue-collar recruitment as per production needs.
  • Work with the Production department for blue-collar staffing and evaluations.
  • Foster a positive work environment and enhance employee morale.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits programs.
  • Manage employee benefits like Health Insurance, ESI and PF.

Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs and develop programs.
  • Organize workshops and training sessions.
  • Monitor employee development and career progression.

Promote continuous learning and development.

Minimum Experience : 4 Years
