RETURN AND REFUND
At Silaii, we strive to provide a flexible and customer-friendly return policy to accommodate our patrons to the best of our ability. We welcome replacements under the following terms:
- If a wrong product has been dispatched, or if the product received does not match the item selected during order confirmation.
- If the product is received in a damaged condition.

If your product is damaged during transit or upon delivery, please take a picture of it and send it to the phone number provided (+91 9884688804) via WhatsApp within 24 hours. Our team will promptly address the issue.
To ensure a safe return of the product, we require the original packaging with all foam and cushioning included, even if the product is broken. This is for our reference purposes. Thank you for your cooperation.
We prioritize customer satisfaction above all else. If you need to cancel an order for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling our Support number at 98846 88804. We are always happy to assist you with the cancellation process.
At Silaii, we offer a return policy for a period of 7 days from the date of receipt of the product, applicable only for the following reasons: damaged product, manufacturing defect, and incorrect product. This time frame begins from the date the product was delivered as confirmed by our logistics team or courier partners.
If you need to initiate a return, please contact us at email@example.com or call us at 98846 88804 between the hours of 10AM and 7PM. We are always available to assist you with the returns process.
- To determine the reason for return, we kindly request that you send us two images of the product - one of the damaged part and one of the entire product. Please email these images to firstname.lastname@example.org, where our Quality Assurance team will review the details to confirm its eligibility for return.
After receiving your request email with pictures, we will review the details and provide you with the status of your Return Request within 2-3 days. If your return request is accepted, we will arrange for the return shipping via the same courier service and bear the cost of shipping.

It usually takes about 5-7 days for delivery at our warehouse. Once the Product is back at our warehouse, our quality assurance team will check the product and the refund process will get initiated within 2-3 Business days of receiving it. It will then reflect in your bank account.
Points to remember - Product must be returned with the original packaging, including the tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping label (pasted on the packet), invoice etc. The product should be unused and in the original condition.
We know you’ll love it, but if you don’t, just send it back. We'll give you a full refund.
All refunds will be processed within 2-3 days of receiving the product back at our warehouse. The refunds can be made in form of Store Credits, Store Credits are the fastest way of refund, they are a form of money with no expiry date and no limitations on their usage and they are usually processed immediately on confirmation.
Prepaid orders will be refunded back directly into your account and COD orders will be refunded via NEFT transfer ( Please provide your account details for the same ) Please allow 2-3 days for the amount to reflect in your statements.
