Breakages

Cancellation

We prioritize customer satisfaction above all else. If you need to cancel an order for any reason, please contact us via email at contact@silaii.com or by calling our customer support number at 98846 88804. We are always happy to assist you with the cancellation process. Please note that orders can be canceled within 24-48 hours before dispatching. As we typically dispatch orders within 24 hours, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible for cancellation requests.

Return Process

1. At Silaii, we offer a return policy for a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of the product, applicable only for the following reasons: damaged product, manufacturing defect, and incorrect product. This time frame begins from the date the product was delivered as confirmed by our logistics team or courier partners.

   If you need to initiate a return, please contact us at contact@silaii.com or call us at 98846 88804 between the hours of 10AM and 7PM. We are always available to assist you with the returns process.

2. To determine the reason for return, we kindly request that you send us two images of the product - one of the damaged part and one of the entire product. Please email these images to contact@silaii.com, where our Quality Assurance team will review the details to confirm its eligibility for return.

3. After receiving your request email with pictures, we will review the details and provide you with the status of your Return Request within 2-3 days. If your return request is accepted, we will arrange for the return shipping via the same courier service and bear the cost of shipping.

It usually takes about 5-7 days for delivery at our warehouse. Once the Product is back at our warehouse, our quality assurance team will check the product and the refund process will get initiated within 2-3 Business days of receiving it. It will then reflect in your bank account.

Points to remember -  Product must be returned with the original packaging, including the tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping label (pasted on the packet), invoice etc. The product should be unused and in the original condition. 

Refunds

We know you’ll love it, but if you don’t, just send it back. We'll give you a full refund.

All refunds will be processed within 2-3 days of receiving the product back at our warehouse. The refunds can be made in form of Store Credits, Store Credits are the fastest way of refund, they are a form of money with no expiry date and no limitations on their usage and they are usually processed immediately on confirmation. 

Prepaid orders will be refunded back directly into your account and COD orders will be refunded via NEFT transfer ( Please provide your account details for the same ) Please allow 2-3 days for the amount to reflect in your statements.
